Hypercom speeds up self-service Spanish ticketing

Hypercom announced that system integrators Indra and Telvent will install more than 1,000 Hypercom Artema Modular self-service card payment terminals at 293 Metro de Madrid stations to speed ticketing for nearly 2.5 million commuters and other travelers per day.
Serving the capital of Spain, Metro de Madrid covers 382 kilometers (237.4 miles), is the sixth longest metro in the world and one of the fastest growing networks globally. The installation has just begun.
